Dever ShowingA comprehensive range of products suitable for all disciplines of showing. Bridles for In Hand, Lead Rein, Show Ridden, Hunter, Show Hack and Mountain and Moorland classes, with reins to match. A wide range of bits also suitable for the show ring.Bridle required for Show Hack: 1/2" Bridle with a Plain Raised or Fancy Stitched noseband and a Velvet browband. Pelham or Double bridle. Mountain & Moorland: Plain leather Bridle with a Plain Flat Browband or a Plaited Browband. For open classes a Pelham or Double Bridle is required. For First Ridden, Novice & Lead Rein a Snaffle Bridle is required. In Hand: Stallions & Colts should be in an In Hand Bridle with a bit. Mares & Geldings, over 4 years, in a Snaffle, Double or Pelham Bridle. Riding Pony, Hack & Riding Horse can have a coloured browband, whilst Hunter Classes have a plain flat leather browband Colts may be shown in a Brass Clincher browband & Yearling fillies an a Filly Slip with no bit. Show Cob: A Plain leather Bridle with a 3/4" cheek. A wider Plain noseband is ideal to balance the head shape, 1.25", 1.5", or 2" wide can be used. Working Hunter: A Plain leather Bridle with a Plain Flat browband, Pelham or Double Bridle. Riding Horse or Pony: A Pelham or Double Bridle with a Plain Raised noseband. A coloured velvet browband.
