Description
Also known as the continental or three ring gag. This bit can be used with one or two sets of reins, or Pelham Roundings, with the bridle cheek pieces attatched to the top rings to produce poll pressure. The reins can be fitted to the lower ring: the lower the reins are fitted the stronger the leverage. The Apple Mouth version gives a softer feel in the mouth.
